Welcome to Indeed Travels. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking luxury travel services through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings for private jets, yachts, luxury accommodation, and executive transport must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, as advised at the time of booking.
  
  
• Payments are processed securely in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Additional fees may apply for international transactions.
  
  
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control, including currency exchange rates, supplier price adjustments, and seasonal demand.
  
  
• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation notice has been issued by Indeed Travels.
  
  

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the third-party service provider (e.g., private jet operators, yacht owners, or hotel partners). Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable cancellation policy.
  
  
• Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the service provider’s terms. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
  
  
• Indeed Travels reserves the right to charge a service or administrative fee for cancellations or amendments.
  
  
• In case of “no-show” or missed travel connections, no refunds will be issued.
  
  

3. Amendments & Changes

• Requests to amend bookings (dates, destinations, passenger details) are subject to availability and the policies of third-party providers.
  
  
• Additional charges may apply for changes to confirmed bookings.
  
  
• Indeed Travels does not guarantee the ability to make changes once a booking has been confirmed.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate personal, travel, and payment information at the time of booking.
  
  
• It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure compliance with passport validity, visa requirements, vaccination regulations, customs laws, and entry restrictions of the destination country.
  
  
• Passengers must comply with all aviation, maritime, and accommodation rules and regulations during travel.
  
  
• Corporate clients must ensure that all their traveling employees adhere to these responsibilities.
  
  

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and delays.
  
  
• Indeed Travels is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

• Indeed Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. We do not own or operate aircraft, yachts, hotels, or transport services.
  
  
• We are not liable for:
  
  
  • Delays, cancellations, or failures by third-party providers.
    
    
  • Loss, damage, or injury arising from acts beyond our control.
    
    
  • Force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
    
    
• To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our liability is limited to resupplying the services or refunding the amount paid, at our discretion.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property & Website Use

• All content on the Indeed Travels website, including logos, images, text, and design, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  
  
• Clients may not copy, modify, or use our content without prior written consent.
  
  
• Misuse of our website or services may result in termination of access.
  
  

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Indeed Travels collects and uses client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
  
  
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information necessary to complete your bookings.
  
  

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  
  
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
  
  

10. Amendments to Terms

• Indeed Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  
  
• The version applicable at the time of booking will apply to your travel arrangements.
